Kaleen (they/she) is a queer, non-binary actor, writer, and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. With a passion for crafting inclusive, empathetic, and powerful stories, Kaleen brings a signature blend of humor and heart to everything they create. They’re always working to expand the landscape of queer narratives on screen—and if you’re looking for the next queer heartthrob for your film, look no further.
Their recent short film The Attempt—which they wrote, starred in, and co-directed—wrapped a successful festival run, earning praise for its raw yet humorous take on coming out.
With a BFA in design and over a decade of acting experience, Kaleen brings a multidisciplinary approach to storytelling that’s both visually rich and emotionally grounded. They were recently cast in Symptoms of a Life, a beautiful USC thesis project exploring the unbearable weight of illness for both patient and caregiver.
When not on set, Kaleen is building community, championing indie creators through their platform Tiny Epics, and always on the lookout for the next bold, beautiful story.
